Returning from the Dreamtime :: a Dream Imprinting Prayer + Ritual

"I recall the messages of the dream time. I reclaim the messages of my dream. Breathe and soften the third eye, beautiful, beautiful job."

This transmission and meditation utilizes our relationship to the ancestral grandmother (femme) energy and the grandfather (mass) energy in the body in a ~20 min guided ancient somatic prayer and active transmission. It can be used for overall imprinting after you dream: both for anchoring you in the physical realm and bringing with you the experiences, messages and information from your dreams.

You can use it to focus on particular aspects of your dream that you want to anchor, and you can also use it to awaken the body generally, following me as I invite you to speak and gesture along in your body and spirit with this integrating, awakening process.

I suggest returning to this often if you desire. What makes ritual ritual is that it is repeated and practiced until we notice the changes the ritual is praying to create. Come to this for balancing between your masc + femme energy, and imprinting deeper experience with alchemizing and awakening prayer and the dreamtime in the body.
