Gate I | The Body

Many folks say that the body keeps the score and it's true, but what does "the score" mean? What is the game we assume we are playing in our bodies, with our bodies? Let's start there.

The purpose of the body gate is to begin to open your channels to your inner life through gentle, tender, subtleness and awareness. Let's talk about the different levels of body* to start:

The biological body, the Ancestral body, the subtle body (into auric body), the celestial or cosmic body, the body-ody-ody.

*These levels of body focus on those within our Sovereign Awareness and boundaried idea of Self, and their connections to our dreaming and waking experience. Which is to say, there are other aspects of 'Body' you may Know/feel/sense. And thank you.
